Emily Goodman-Simeone, Birth Doula (MassHealth Provider)

Emily's primary focus throughout her social work and business careers has always been predicated on serving others. With this in mind, she's supported countless women, mothers, children, and families working in the mental health, substance abuse, non-profit, and education fields.
The decision to become a doula later in her career stems from Emily's firm commitment to service. Emily believes in the extraordinary magic of support — and its transformative effects. Birthing is perhaps the most sacred and humbling life experience, one that deserves the utmost attention and care. Eager to provide additional support, Emily is currently training to become a Certified Lactation Counselor®.
As a lifelong athlete and former college basketball player, Emily will be your champion and teammate, helping you harness and utilize your strength and confidence. She will provide grounding and stability during this life transition, ensuring that you feel empowered and enabled to make the best possible decisions for you and your family.
After spending many decades in New York, Emily now lives on the South Shore with her family. In her spare time, Emily enjoys playing competitive tennis.
